We DO NOT offer refunds. Please understand the nature of the product: Our footwear is custom-made for you, and quality takes time. In the event of a product issue after we have offered to remake your order and have truly worked together with you to establish your needs, we may offer a refund at our discretion, with a 70% re-marketing fee.
We are happy to assist with returning items for adjustments and modifications only. If we made a mistake we will adjust, modify or remake as needed. If an issue arises that is not due to our mistake we can address it, however a fee may be necessary. Returns can only be accepted within 30 days from the time of delivery. If there is a issue after 30 days please email us or call. We will help determine what can be done, if anything.
